Peperomia Silver Frost, also known as Ripple Frost Peperomia, originally hails from the tropical rainforest of South America. It is a compact yet stunningly beautiful plant. The Peperomia Frost is very easy to care for, making it the ideal house plant for busy lifestyle.

LIGHT

The Peperomia Frost enjoys low to medium indirect sunlight. It is best to avoid direct sunlight with this plant as it can scorch the leaves. The ideal spot for medium indirect sunlight in the house would be near either a east or west-facing window.

WATER & HUMIDITY

The Peperomia Silver Frost normally needs watering once every 7 - 10 days when the top few inches of the soil are dry. You can water it slowly from above, allow the water to soak through to the soil and drain through the drainage hole. It is best to keep the leaves dry and remove any excess water from the pot. This plant loves humid environment so use lukewarm water instead of room temperature water as it holds more humidity.

TEMPERATURE

The ideal temperatures for Peperomia Silver Frost is between 65°F and 75ºF. In the coldest month, don't let the temperature drop below 55°F.

FERTILIZATION

Throughout the growing season from spring to fall, you can fertilize your plant with an all-purpose houseplant fertilizer diluted to half the normal strength every other week. Avoid fertilizing your Peperomia during the winter.

TOXICITY

The plant is pet-friendly as it is non-toxic to dogs and cats. Nonetheless, it is still recommended to keep the plant away from your furries friends.
