All orders are shipped within 1 - 5 business days depending on seasonality and availability. To ensure all plants arrived in the best condition possible, we only ship from Monday to Wednesday so your plants don't have to spend the weekend at the shipping facility. Once in transit, package take another 1 - 4 business days to arrive at your place.
At the moment, we ship to all U.S. states except for Arizona, Alaska, California, Florida, Hawaii, Virginia and Utah.
We ship via either UPS Ground or USPS depending on your shipping address and the hardiness of your plants.
We work hard with UPS and USPS to have the best shipping rates for you. We offer free shipping for all order above $100. For order under $100, we offer a flat rate of $6.95.
We strive to get the plants to you as fast as possible. Once the plants are in transit, we are not able to make changes to your order. However, if you have just placed your order, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. We’ll do our best to make adjustments whenever possible.
All our plants are shipped in their nursery pots placed inside our shipping package to ensure they arrives in the best possible condition.
We handpicked only the healthiest plant from our greenhouse. We strive to pick those similar to the ones pictured on our website. However, live plants often have variations in shape, size, color and texture. Some slight differences might be expected.
We strive to ensure that each and every plants arrive at your location in the best condition. We only ship plants from Monday to Wednesday so that your plants don't have to spend the weekend at the shipping facility. We handpick only the healthiest plants for the journey and work tirelessly with our carriers to ensure that no plant spends more than 4 business days in transit. The overwhelming majority of our shipments arrive safe and healthy at their destination.
Lastly, we offer replacement guarantee in the rare event that your plants arrived damaged due to carrier's mishandling. Please feel free to get in touch with us.
Live plant normally takes a few days to acclimate to the new home environment. We recommend you to leave your new plant in its nursery pot for a week before repotting it into a planter. All of our plants can live comfortably in their nursery pots for at least several months. If you choose to repot your plant, we would recommend you to do it during spring and summer, ideally around noon on a sunny day when the plants are at their strongest.
Most houseplants are more prone to over-watering than under-watering. It is always best to check the top inches of the soil before watering ('the finger test'). If the soil feels dry to touch, you can give your plant some water. Please refer to the quick care note attached in all our package for your specific plant's need.

At this time, we do not accept return or issue refund for any plant. We strive to ensure each and every plant arrive in the best condition possible. We only ship out healthy plants and work tirelessly with our shippers to make sure the delivery is properly handled. In the rare occasion that your plants arrive damaged due to carrier's mishandling, we will do right by you and replace them.
Some plants are fragile and can be damaged by carrier's mishandling. If you plants arrived damaged, please take a photo of the damaged plant and package and reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within the first 24-hours of receiving your package. We will get in touch as soon as possible to begin the replacement process.
