At this time, we do not accept return or refund requests on plants, but we do strive to ensure every plant will arrive in the best condition possible. We only ship out healthy plants and work with our carriers to make sure the delivery is properly handled.


In the rare occurrence that your plants arrive damaged due to carrier mishandling, we will do right by you and replace them*. Please open and inspect your package immediately upon its arrival. Should your order arrive damaged, email a photo to pilea@littlepilea.com along with your order number, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
